"We have had a lovely week, gite is comfortable and well equipped. Great base for trips to Cognac and Bordeaux but also enjoyed the pool, Chatelaillon and La Rochelle. "La Rustica" restaurant in St Leger is well worth a visit with a lovely sunny terrace. David and Kate were very helpful with information about visits, fishing, restaurants and vineyards! Would definitely like to visit again."

"Excellently equipped, spotlessly clean, beautiful pool. We have had a fantastic family reunion in both gites. We celebrated a 70th birthday entertaining 16 people with ease. Lovely area, great beaches, especially just this side of Royan.
